For Coaches

Film review for every athlete in your gym. Without the film-review hours.

mmaGPT is an AI coaching assistant for MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ, and boxing coaches. Your athletes upload their clips. You see the patterns. The drill prescriptions land in their hands before the next class. You walk in already knowing what each fighter is working on.

  • Every athlete’s film graded frame by frame
  • Recurring mistakes flagged across rounds
  • Drill prescriptions in their hands before class
  • One dashboard per gym

The coaching problem

You cannot review every round for every athlete.

A real coach watching twenty athletes through a Tuesday night class sees about three of them clearly. The other seventeen get the eye contact and the general correction, not the frame-perfect breakdown of the slip that put their chin out, or the kicking-side hand drop that has been showing up for six weeks. You know it. They know it. The film does not lie.

Most gyms close this gap two ways: privates for the fighters who can afford them, and Monday-morning film review for the fighters who are about to compete. The fighters in between (the casual amateurs, the new white belts, the recreational sparring crew) get coached in real time on the mat and never on film. That is where the slow learners come from. Not lack of talent. Lack of structured film review.

mmaGPT closes that gap with AI. Your athletes film themselves on their phones, upload, and the AI does the structured review you would do if you had the hours. You get instructor- level access to the patterns the AI is flagging across your roster, plus the drills it has prescribed. You walk into class already knowing what each fighter has been working on between sessions.

01 · Coach home

See who needs you today.

New sessions to review, scores that are dropping, athletes who have gone quiet. One list, already sorted for you.

02 · Athlete history

Every session, with the main fix beside it.

Open any athlete and their sessions are in order, each with the fix the AI flagged. A mistake that keeps coming back is hard to miss.

03 · The report

The same report your athlete got.

The correction, the timestamps and the drill they were given. You walk into class already knowing what they have been working on.

Three ways coaches use it

Built for the corners of your week.

02

Fight camp on the road

Your competitive fighter is on a work trip in fight week. They film a hotel-room shadowbox round and the AI flags the pattern you have been chasing all camp. You review it on your phone over coffee, send them one voice memo, and the camp does not lose a day.

03

New athlete onboarding

A new white belt or first-month Muay Thai student needs structural fundamentals reviewed ten times before they stick. The AI is happy to do that ten times. You get to focus on the rounds where your eyes matter most.

What you get

Coach-side capabilities.

Instructor dashboard

Roster view of your gym group. Session counts, recent submissions, last-active timestamps, and the score trend for each athlete.

Per-athlete film history

Every clip every athlete in your group has uploaded, organized chronologically with the AI feedback inline. Faster than scrolling their camera roll.

Pattern flags across rounds

The AI surfaces recurring mistakes, the kick-side hand drop that shows up in three of the last five rounds, instead of treating every session as isolated.

Discipline-specific calibration

Muay Thai grading is different from BJJ grading is different from boxing. Your athletes pick their discipline; the coaching framework adjusts automatically.

Drill prescriptions, not lectures

Every session ends with a specific drill ladder, the rep count, the focus cue, and what to film next. Not a paragraph of compliments.

Skill-level scaling

White-belt feedback weights fundamentals. Brown-belt feedback skews tactical. The AI does not insult experience and does not overwhelm beginners.

What this is not

Not gym management software.

mmaGPT is a coaching tool, not a CRM, billing platform, scheduler, or attendance tracker. We do not charge memberships, run class booking, or generate end-of-month gym reports. There are good products that do those things, they are a different category. If a gym owner is reading this and what you need is back-office gym management, that is a conversation for somewhere else.

What we do is the part of the coaching job that does not scale: watching every athlete on film and giving them the structural correction that moves them forward. That is what AI is good at. That is what we built.

Built by a world champion

Championship-level perspective.

FAQ

Coach questions.

No. mmaGPT is not a CRM, a billing platform, or a class scheduler. It is a coaching tool, frame-by-frame video analysis of your athletes' technique. For gym ownership software, that is a different category of product. We point you to that elsewhere when it makes sense.

Yes. Each athlete signs up on mmaGPT and films their own clips. As a coach, you get instructor-level visibility into the athletes in your gym group: their session history, the patterns the AI is flagging across rounds, and the drills it has prescribed. You stay in the loop without managing their accounts.

No. The AI does not run sparring, hold pads, or read the look in a fighter's eyes the morning of a fight. It catches the structural mistakes you would catch on film review if you had time to do it for every athlete every week. Most coaches do not. mmaGPT is the second pair of trained eyes for the rounds you were not in the room for.
