About

Elite coaching shouldn't depend on your zip code.

mmaGPT was built to put championship-level technique feedback in the pocket of every fighter who has the discipline to train but not the geography to access elite coaching.

The founder.

Collin J. Smith is a two-time Taekwondo World Champion and the founder of mmaGPT. Training and competing at the highest level, he spent years watching talented fighters plateau — not because they lacked work ethic, but because they lacked access to the kind of structured, frame-by-frame technique correction that defines elite training rooms. The athletes who happened to live within driving distance of a world-class gym got better. The ones who didn't got stuck.

mmaGPT exists to close that gap. Not by replacing human coaching — nothing can — but by giving every serious fighter the second pair of trained eyes that catches the mistakes their coach was not in the room to see.

The mission.

Elite coaching is not magic. It is structured pattern recognition, applied honestly, by someone who has seen enough reps to know what matters. AI can do part of that job — the part that scales. A human coach in your gym does the rest. mmaGPT exists for the part that scales: the bag work between classes, the solo rounds at 11pm, the road trip months when you cannot make it to your home gym, and the times your coach is watching three other fighters at once.

The team.

mmaGPT works with competitive fighters and coaches to make sure the coaching framework reflects how real athletes actually train and improve.
