User Data Deletion Request

Users of MMA-GPT may request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. MMA-GPT respects user privacy and complies with Meta Platform Policies and applicable data protection regulations.

Option 1: In-App Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the MMA-GPT application by following these steps:

Open Settings
Select Account
Choose Delete Account
Confirm deletion

Upon confirmation, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your account and authentication credentials
All uploaded training videos
All AI-generated feedback and analysis
Profile information and preferences
Active subscriptions will be canceled at the end of the current billing period (subscription billing is managed by Stripe)

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Option 2: Manual Request

If you are unable to delete your account through the application, you may submit a deletion request by email to:

support@mmagpt.app

Your email must include the following information:

Full name
Account email address
A written statement confirming your request for account and data deletion

Requests submitted via email will be processed and completed within seven (7) business days.

Facebook Login Data Deletion

If you have logged into MMA-GPT using Facebook Login, you may request deletion of your data by following the steps above. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently remove all associated data stored on our servers.

Data Retention

Certain billing and transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by applicable law.

Payment data, including payment instruments and transaction details, is processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. MMA-GPT does not directly collect, process, or store payment card or bank account information.

Technical Scope of Deletion

When account deletion is executed, the following actions are performed:

Authentication user record deleted
All related database rows cascade deleted (submissions, feedback, profile)
Storage bucket files deleted
Authentication tokens invalidated
Active session terminated

MMA-GPT does not support partial deletion. All user data is removed in full.
